MK-677 (Ibutamoren, MK-0677) is a small-molecule non-peptide selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. Unlike peptide growth hormone secretagogues, MK-677 is orally bioavailable and produces a sustained 24-hour elevation of GH-axis activity from a single daily dose.
