Have questions about our testing processes, shipping policies, or compound handling? Browse the frequently asked questions below to find the answers you need.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. All products sold by Paradise Compounds are strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). They are not for human consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or agricultural use.
How do you verify the purity of your peptides?
We partner with independent, ISO-certified third-party laboratories. Every batch is tested using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS). We publish the Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all our batches in our COA Library.
What is your shipping policy and how long does it take?
We process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-4 business days via expedited shipping. All packages are shipped discreetly to ensure the integrity of the compounds during transit.
How should I store my compounds?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping them in a freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted, peptides must be kept refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C and used within a short timeframe to prevent degradation.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds and to maintain the highest quality control standards, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for institutions?
Yes, we work closely with research institutions, universities, and commercial laboratories. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your institutional details and requirements for bulk pricing quotes.
